And guess what? Besides the usual mountain train trips that the Great Smokey railroad offers during the season - they also have their own version of the Polar Express! Its rumored to be one of the best in the country with the train traveling through the mountains. It turns out that the principal reason for coming to Harrah’s was its proximity to Bryson City - where the Great Smokey Railroad is. They were not gamblers and were only staying at Harrah’s so the kids could enjoy the indoor pool and other children friendly amenities.
They had 3 relatively young children with them.
I came to right this review after meeting a young couple at the Harrah’s Indoor pool.
